Why estimate credits before you pick a plan
FormsReach meters accepted submissions, email notifications, and WhatsApp sends from one monthly pool. The right plan depends on volume and channels, not a vague “unlimited forms” claim.
This estimator multiplies your expected traffic by published credit costs:
- Form submission accepted: 1 credit
- Email notification: 1 credit
- WhatsApp: by country band (Low 9, Standard 18, High 36, Default 24) per phone number
- Webhook: 0 credits
It then compares the total to Free (500), Starter (2,000), Pro (5,000), and Agency (18,000) monthly credits. If WhatsApp is enabled, Free and Starter cannot cover you even when the numeric total would fit - WhatsApp is gated to Pro and Agency.
How to use the result
