FormsReach (“we”, “us”) delivers website form submissions by email and WhatsApp via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. This site is operated from India. Contact: hello@formsreach.com
What we collect
On this marketing site we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to collect page views, referrers, and aggregate device/browser information. GA4 may set cookies or use similar client identifiers. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google Analytics uses data. If you email or message us, we process the contact details you send. Product accounts and form submission data are collected when you use https://app.formsreach.com under that product’s account terms; contact hello@formsreach.com for data requests.
How we use it
We use marketing-site analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. Contact messages are used only to respond to you. Product account and form submission data are used to operate the FormsReach service (delivering submissions by email and WhatsApp). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Marketing-site analytics are processed by Google Analytics (Google LLC). Product account and form submission data are stored in access-controlled infrastructure used by the live app at app.formsreach.com. Contact messages are handled via our email inbox.
Your rights
In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023), you may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data you submitted. Email hello@formsreach.com or WhatsApp us, and we will action it within 7 days.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
