Who we are

FormsReach (“we”, “us”) is a pre-launch product that delivers website form submissions to WhatsApp. This site is operated from India. Contact: hello@formsreach.com

What we collect

When you join the early-access waitlist we collect: your name, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you provide one, the role you select, your current enquiry-handling method (optional), and the referral/UTM source of your visit. We also collect anonymous, cookie-less page analytics (page views, referrers) via GoatCounter.

How we use it

We use your details only to (a) email you about FormsReach early access (and WhatsApp you if you shared a number), and (b) invite you to an optional feedback conversation. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Waitlist entries are stored in access-controlled Google Workspace infrastructure. Analytics data is aggregate and contains no personal identifiers.

Your rights

In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023), you may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data you submitted. Email hello@formsreach.com or WhatsApp us, and we will action it within 7 days.

Changes

We will update this policy when the product launches. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
