Is this an official WhatsApp integration?

Yes. FormsReach is built on the official Meta WhatsApp Business API - the same infrastructure big brands use. Not a browser hack, not an unofficial mod. Your number stays safe, and messages arrive from a verified business sender.

What is FormsReach?

FormsReach is a form-to-WhatsApp API: a form endpoint you point HTML or site-builder forms at, no backend required. Every plan delivers by email; Pro and Agency also deliver by WhatsApp via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, metered from a shared monthly credit pool. A drag-and-drop builder is on the roadmap, not shipped yet.

Does my customer need anything?

No. Your customer just fills the normal form on your website. You get the enquiry by email and/or WhatsApp, depending on how you configure delivery.

Does it work with Webflow, WordPress, Framer, and HTML forms?

Yes. Webflow, Framer, Wix, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and hand-coded/static HTML sites. If your site has a form, FormsReach can deliver the submission by email and WhatsApp.

What about spam?

Every plan includes spam filtering (honeypot + smart detection). Bots stay out of your email inbox and off your WhatsApp. This is a core feature, not an add-on.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is credit-based. Free is $0 with 500 credits every month. Starter is $5/mo ($50/yr) or ₹123/mo (₹99/mo billed annually) for 2,000 credits. Pro is $9/mo ($90/yr) or ₹399/mo (₹299/mo billed annually) for 5,000 credits and unlocks WhatsApp. Agency is $29/mo ($290/yr) or ₹1,299/mo (₹999/mo billed annually) for 18,000 credits. What happens if I run out of credits?

You get warnings at 80% and 100% usage. At 0 credits, new form submissions are rejected until you upgrade, buy more credits when available, or the next monthly reset. Channels also stop when remaining credits cannot cover the next action.

When does it launch?

FormsReach is live. Create an account at app.formsreach.com - Free includes email, webhooks, and workflow rules with a monthly credit pool. WhatsApp is available on Pro and Agency.

Is my data safe?

Enquiry data is encrypted, stored in India-region infrastructure, and never sold. See our privacy policy for details. We build DPDP-compliant from day one.
